Infrared Body Roll Massage Therapy

What Is Infrared Body Roll Massage?
Infrared Body Roll Massage is a non-invasive, therapeutic treatment designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, boost circulation, and support natural detoxification.
Using a motorised roller bed combined with gentle infrared warmth, the treatment works across the body through controlled rolling movements. The rollers apply rhythmic pressure to encourage lymphatic drainage, improve blood flow, and support the breakdown of stagnant fluid retention.
The addition of infrared heat enhances circulation and helps relax muscles, making the treatment both energising and restorative.
A Holistic Approach to Body Wellness
At KORE+ Wellness, our Infrared Body Roll Massage is designed to complement your wider wellbeing journey — whether you are focused on movement, nervous system regulation, detoxification, or body confidence.
This is a non-invasive, supportive treatment that works with your body’s natural systems to enhance circulation, encourage lymphatic flow, and promote overall vitality.
What to Expect
Sessions typically last between 30–45 minutes. The treatment is comfortable, warming, and rhythmic — many clients describe it as deeply relaxing yet invigorating.
For optimal results, a course of treatments is often recommended, alongside hydration and supportive lifestyle habits.
Who Is It For?
Infrared Body Roll Massage is suitable for individuals looking to:
• Support weight management programmes
• Improve skin tone and texture
• Enhance post-exercise recovery
• Boost sluggish circulation
• Complement Pilates or wellness treatments
It is a popular addition to holistic wellness routines and fitness/body confidence programmes.
How It Works
During your session:
• You lie comfortably on the roller bed
• Rotating wooden rollers move rhythmically along the body
• Gentle infrared warmth penetrates the tissues
• The lymphatic and circulatory systems are stimulated
This mechanical stimulation encourages the body to move excess fluid, support metabolic function, and improve oxygen delivery to tissues.
The treatment is active yet low-impact — meaning it supports circulation without placing strain on joints.
Clients often use this treatment to support:
• Lymphatic drainage
• Reduction in fluid retention
• Improved circulation
• Body contouring and toning
• Muscle recovery
• Cellulite appearance reduction
• Detoxification support
• Increased energy levels
Many clients report feeling lighter, less bloated, and more energised after sessions.
Benefits

In order to obtain a positive effect of the BODY ROLL massage, it is recommended to perform
it at a frequency of 3 massages per week, each for 30 minutes, for the first 4 weeks.
WEEK 1 – this week the body gets used to the massage, you will probably feel the effects of muscle
soreness. In the first week it is recommended to use lower rotational speeds of the massage drum.
WEEK 2 and 3 – massage on the BODY ROLL device from the first week facilitates the burning
of fat tissue, stimulates and regulates metabolic processes. In the second and third week,
the massage stimulates the removal of toxins and harmful metabolic products from the body.
As the massage progresses, we can gradually increase the rotational speed of the massage drum
and adjust it to individual needs.
4 WEEK – in the fourth week, the body stabilises. The effects of the massage are visible, including
smoother skin, loss of centermeters in body circumference. The body becomes firmer. After a 4-week
session of BODY ROLL massages, clients noticed positive long-term effects both in appearance
and well-being.
